Return Policy

Upon delivery or purchase if you are not entirely satisfied or some silly duffer didn't want your awesome present then that's OK, we still like you and we'll help you out.

If you want to exchange an item please contact our customer service team at we will happily help you out. Please let us know your reason for the return and if you would like an exchange for another size or just store credit for you full purchase price. Goods must be returned within 14 days from delivery. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.


Shipping costs

For return shipping costs, if you are exchanging a purchase because of its size, colour or just an unwanted item then the shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

If your return is because the product purchased was faulty, damaged or incorrect then 'our bad' - simply pay for the shipping costs at your end and then we will pay you back via your nominated credit card, we promise.



Any items that are in their original saleable condition that have not been worn, washed or used in anyway and still have tags attached may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Items must be returned 14 days from delivery. No items received beyond 14 days from delivery will be accepted.

Returned items must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. ONCE Upon a Run takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of identity.

*Please note that all returns, exchanges will be at the discretion of the ONCE Upon a Run customer service team and then deemed if an exchange or return is possible. Don't worry we won't be too harsh on you.

All gift vouchers issued by the ONCE UPON a RUN team are not to be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers are subject to an expiry date issued at the time of purchase.
